GOtv Decoder and Prices
GoTV decoders are digital satellite television receivers that allow subscribers to access the GoTV service. The decoder is the device you will need to buy to start streaming content.
In Kenya, a decoder costs between 1,500 – 2,000 Ksh depending on the package that comes with it and the seller. What you will find in the box when you buy a TV decoder is the decoder itself, a remote, an antenna, and a long cable that connects the decoder to the antenna.
Assembling and installing the antenna is no big task at all. You should be able to get your decoder working yourself by just following the user manual. You get a one-month free package when you buy a new GOtv decoder, and the package depends on the decoder’s cost. You can later downgrade or upgrade to a new package.
